Migraine Headache Symptoms

Migraine is one of the worst health problems that everyone experiences once or many times in their life. Everyone who experienced it has proven themselves that migraine is not a simple headache, but way more painful. As we all know, migraine is a severe condition of headache which has recurrent and repeating attacks. It is primarily caused by the changing activities inside our brains and the blood vessels inside. The normal time range of this happens to a person in 4 hours up to 24 hours. And also, women usually experience migraine than men.

You will know that you have a migraine if the simple headache spread from your upper part of the head to the lower part of your head, or sometimes continues to your whole head from your brain to your neck. It starts from one side of the head then after doing some attacks, it affects the other side, but the worst thing that may happen is that it sometimes affects both sides. Next migraine headache symptoms are vomiting and nausea. If you feel that you have to vomit which occurs with severe nausea, then you may say that you are having a migraine. Also, your movements and activities that you do are minimized so you feel lying down in your bed the whole day because of the pain that you feel due tomigraine. You also feel a deep pounding in your head, this is one of the most common symptoms that a person experiences when he or she have a migraine. Lastly, a migrainepatient does not want any noise to be heard, the person acts violently against it.

Not all of these symptoms are necessary to be experienced by a person before saying that he or she has a migraine. If you feel that your headache is becoming more harsh, then you can say that you have a migraine.
